What you're going to see right here is going to be my recommendation for chains for this specific vehicle. It's really, really easy to install. You don't really have to get on the ground and reach behind the tire. All you have to do is pretty much go behind the tire, up in the upper wheel well, so you really don't have to get that dirty, or wet, because if there's snow on the ground, and if we're putting chains on obviously there's going to be snow on the ground, we're going to get a little wet.So, it's definitely going to be the easier of the choices to install, in my opinion. more

We don't have to go around back on the bottom to make any connections. And it is a very, very smooth process compared to some of the other ladder pattern style chains. So, that being said, let's go over some features.We are going to be constructed of a manganese nickel alloy steel, and we are going to have a diamond-pattern. So we are going to get a little bit smoother ride than the ladder-patterns, in my opinion. more

Speaker 1: Today on our 2018 Hyundai Tucson, we're going to be test fitting the Titan Chain Cable Snow Tire Chains, part number TC1038. These tire chains are perfect for the occasional use in more areas where you're just going to see light snow and ice situations every now and then. We're going to have this cable here wrapped around with these rollers and that and the ladder pattern is going help out with more effective starts and stops in those light snow situations. These are SAE Class S Chains meaning they work well with vehicles with limited wheel well clearance. When you do put these on your tires, you do have a 30-mile per hour recommended speed. When you're finished using these, it does come with a convenient carrying bag that once they're dried off you put them back in. more
